I've been sitting on this detail work from the studio photoshoot for Jessy Zimmer's senior collection and I'm still obsessed with it. Being a part of capturing her senior collection was a joy, and it's been so cool to see how it has circulated since we shot together, from the SCAD Fashion runway to Vogue Runway. One of the best parts of art school is undoubtedly the collaboration. One of the coolest projects I got to be a part of last quarter was shooting the visuals for an article my friend and teammate Paul wrote for Calling in Sick Cycling Magazine, about my other dear friend Talia. Talia runs for the XC/TF teams while also competing for SCAD's Cycling team and her story is so inspiring. One of the coolest parts of being a college athlete is the travel, and when you're a college athlete in the South, the travel is quite something. I've been so lucky to have gotten to go everywhere from Washington state to the very bottom of Florida, and a lot of places in between. Our most common state to compete in for my past three years at SCAD has been Florida. While I don't love Florida (the heat and humidity makes running pretty miserable), it is an entertaining state.

In May I had the incredible opportunity to photograph one of SCAD's senior jewelry designer's capstones. His work was absolutely incredible and so was the creative team that put the photoshoot together. I love collaborative opportunities like this, especially when it helps me practice some product work, which I rarely do. Turns out photographing jewelry is both very challenging and very fun!
